Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

I am one person team for now, so please allow 13-25 business days from the time you purchase to when you receive your order.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on unused items purchased within the last 14 days of receipt. Please get in touch to start the process. Please note that I do not cover shipping cost of returns. Don't forget to get proof of postage as I cannot refund orders that get lost on the journey back to me.

NOTE: Refund will be in the form of voucher.

How do I initiate the exchange?

We want you to love your piece. If it doesn't fit quite right, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. This allows us to get the right piece to you as quickly as possible.

How do I best take care of my pieces?

It is recommended that you remove jewelry when exercising, when entering salt water, and when showering. But it’s totally fine if you did that as long as you dry them shortly after. Avoid excessive contact with cosmetics, household chemicals and sulfuric water like natural hot springs, as they cause these metals to tarnish.

What do I do if my piece tarnishes?

We provide you with a polishing cloth in every order, which works on all metals. If your piece has darkened with time, simply massage it with the polishing cloth to brighten it up and it will return to its original state. Store your jewelry in the ziplock bag when not being worn to reduce the oxygen contacting time.

I have sensitive skin; are your pieces safe for me to wear?

Yes. We work exclusively with 925 sterling silver to ensure our pieces are gentle and comfortable for daily wear. By prioritising purity and avoiding common allergens like nickel, we keep your skin’s well-being in mind. If you require an even higher level of purity, we are happy to craft your piece in 999 fine silver upon request. Simply reach out to us via email, and we will create a piece tailored to you and your skin.

・999 fine silver : Highest purity, excellent for ultra-sensitive skin.
・925 sterling silver : High purity, 92.5% silver
mixed with 7.5% copper,
nickel-free, gentle for daily wear.

Why is your jewelry more expensive than other brands?

The difference lies beneath the surface. Many affordable pieces are made from "base metals" like brass, bronze, or stainless steel, finished with a microscopic layer of silver plating (often only 0.5 to 2 microns thick, for context, 1 micron is 0.001mm). This layer eventually wears away, exposing the metal underneath.

We choose a different path:

  • Solid Precious Metal: We work exclusively with solid 925 and 999 silver. There is no plating to rub off; the silver you see is the silver throughout.

  • Hand-Sculpted Artistry: Unlike mass-produced items, our pieces begin as hand-carved wax or custom 3D models. They are "slow-made," meaning they require hours of manual labor, from the lost-wax casting to the final hand-polish.

  • True Permanence: Because our jewelry is solid silver, it holds intrinsic value and can be polished or repaired for a lifetime of wear. You aren't just buying an accessory; you are investing in a piece of craft that lasts.
