Shipping & Returns
At kind of gesture, every piece is thoughtfully made and packed by hand. As a small team of one (for now), I do my best to make sure your experience feels personal and smooth. Below is everything you might want to know about returns, exchanges, and shipping.
RETURN POLICY
If you’d like to request a return for an item that is eligible for return :
Please reach out within 14 days of delivery.
Email hello@kindofgesture.com to receive authorization (I need this step to stay organized as a one-person team).
Items must be sent back in original, unused condition with all packaging.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost and using an insured and trackable return method, as I cannot refund items lost on the way back.
Once the piece arrives safely, I can process your refund in the form of a voucher.
Some items are not eligible for return, such as items marked as sale, rings in small or large custom requested sizes, pieces with custom engraving, and scratched or worn items. Important note - for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings so we ask that you please choose carefully.
If an item arrives worn, damaged, or not in its original condition, I may not be able to accept the return.
EXCHANGE POLICY
I am sorry currently I don't accept exchange, but you can request a refund and make a new order. If you are not sure of your ring size, please check here thoroughly before you buy it.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We completely understand that sometimes minds change.
Because each piece begins production quite quickly, orders generally cannot be canceled once placed. However, if you truly need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started yet, I will do my best to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING
US/Canada standard shipping rate: $10, usually takes 2-5 working days.
Worldwide standard shipping: $30 flat rate, usually takes 5-10 working days.
Free shipping is offered for worldwide orders over $500.
To ensure a seamless experience, we take care of all customs duties and import taxes on your behalf, so there are no additional fees for you to pay. Please note that while we handle the costs, occasional delays may occur due to local customs processing, which is beyond our control.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LEAD TIMES
Most pieces are made to order, and crafting them takes time and intention.
Current production time: 5-7 working days, starting the next business day after your order is placed.
Some pieces may have slightly different production times — these are estimates, but I try my best to stay within them.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives with any issues, such as breakages or missing items, please reach out. I'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. While rare, I'm here to help with any problems that may occur.
